A seasoned sales professional, her reputation was built long before the company's founding on meticulous ethical standards and a profound dedication to every endeavor she undertook.

Joygie C. Pascual
President
Joygie is a dynamic leader with a solid background in business development and strategic management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Management, from the University of the East. With 17 years of experience in the corporate and manpower industries, he has developed expertise in managing teams and nurturing strong human relations.
His background in accounting and finance complements his extensive experience, spanning both corporate and entrepreneurial roles where he has consistently driven growth, built lasting client relationships, and fostered innovation. Guided by a leadership philosophy rooted in fairness, kindness, and continuous learning, Joygie is dedicated to empowering teams and creating meaningful impact.
He envisions building organizations that are resilient, process-oriented, and future-ready—capable of thriving in an ever-changing business landscape.

Carol is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, procurement, and supply chain management. With roots in public practice as a Senior Associate at Perez & Sardoncillo CPAs, she has supported SMEs, corporations, and individual business owners before transitioning into the private sector.
She now oversees procurement, inventory, and distribution, driving operational efficiency and strengthening client relationships. Guided by integrity, accountability, and collaboration, Carol upholds the highest professional standards as a proud member of PICPA.
Gabriel B. Balencio
Director
Gabriel is a strategic multi-disciplinary leader, blending expertise from healthcare, education, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship. As a Registered Nurse and Master of Environmental Planning — currently pursuing a PhD in International Business — he brings a unique perspective to training, sales, marketing, and organizational development.
He champions innovative, process-driven, and people-centered organizations, reflecting his philosophy of fairness, kindness, lifelong learning, and choosing happiness daily. His contributions extend globally through his co-authorship of International Business Trade Book – Strategies for Global Success (2025 Edition) and Principles of Management in the Philippine Context.
