His expertise in training, sales & marketing, and business development spans healthcare, education, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, having served organizations like Mandaluyong Medical Hospital, St. Augustine College of Nursing, and Fuji Film Business Innovation. Currently pursuing a PhD in International Business and co-authoring International Business Trade Book - Strategies for Global Success 2025 Edition and Principles of Management in the Philippine Context, Gabriel champions innovative, process-oriented organizations. His leadership is anchored in fairness, kindness, and solution-driven action, embodying lifelong learning and choosing happiness daily.

A former Senior Associate at Perez and Sardoncillo, CPAs, she has extensive experience in public practice, serving SMEs, corporations, and individual business owners before moving into the private sector. In her current role, she oversees procurement, inventory, and distribution, ensuring operational efficiency and strong client relationships. Guided by integrity, accountability, and collaboration, Carol is committed to driving company growth while upholding the highest professional standards as a member of PICPA.

Gabriel Balancio’s professional journey reflects his passion for growth, innovation, and leadership. From beginning his career as a registered nurse at Mandaluyong Medical Hospital, ... to shaping future professionals as an educator at St. Augustine College of Nursing and St. Louise Review Center, he later transitioned into corporate leadership, taking on business development roles at Continuum Technology Corp., Mustard Seed Systems Corp., and Fuji Film Business Innovation. Today, he draws from these diverse experiences to lead with expertise in training, sales and marketing, and business development. Academically, Gabriel is equally accomplished—holding a nursing degree from Far Eastern University, a master’s in Environmental Planning, and currently pursuing his PhD in International Business at Philippine Christian University. At the heart of Gabriel’s leadership is a belief in fairness, kindness, and continuous learning. He is motivated by the desire to help others improve their lives, and he envisions the company’s future as one that is process-oriented, innovative, and committed to service excellence.
