• High school diploma or vocational/technical certification (required).

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred, depending on industry).

• Proven experience in a technical role or equivalent training.

• Strong understanding of tools, instruments, and technical procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

• Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment as needed.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.
