Qualifications:
High school diploma or vocational/technical certification (required).
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred, depending on industry).
Proven experience in a technical role or equivalent training.
Strong understanding of tools, instruments, and technical procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, if required.
