ADMIN OFFICER

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will provide essential day-to-day support, manage important documentation, and act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners, directly contributing to our operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.

High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office management tools.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and handle confidential information discreetly.
