Account Management Officer

We are seeking an Account Management Officer who is passionate about customer satisfaction and adept at managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work with minimal supervision.

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
